Full Contact client Jordan Wynter has tonight completed a transfer from Bristol City to Cheltenham Town.
Jordan, 21, joined Bristol City in the summer of 2013 from Arsenal but has found first team opportunities to be limited – making six appearances and scoring one goal. Earlier in this season Jordan enjoyed a successful loan spell with Cheltenham Town in League Two (starting six games and scoring against Tranmere Rovers) and the Robins have today moved to secure Jordan’s signature on an 18 month contract, having agreed terms with Cheltenham Town on transfer deadline day.
Full Contact’s Head of Football Agency team Lee Payne commented “This move gives Jordan an opportunity to play regular League football which he has craved, not least since he did well when on loan at Cheltenham at the start of this season. There is no doubt that Jordan has an awful lot of ability ; he was very highly thought of when at Arsenal, but now he has an opportunity to really kick on and show people what he can do. He is 21 now, and playing games is a must at that age and given his pedigree.”
All at Full Contact wish Jordan and Cheltenham Town the very best for the remainder of the season.
