Full Contact are excited to announce that they have today signed the Sierra Leone international midfielder Khalifa Jabbie.
Jabbie, aged 20, moved in 2011 from his home club FC Kallon to Europe, joining Norwegian side Fredrikstad FK. He made his international debut in March 2011, and is now a mainstay of his country’s midfield. At 6ft 3, Jabbie is a tall, powerful midfielder who in time would be ideally suited for the English game.
Lee Payne, head of Full Contact’s Football Agency team said “Khalifa is a very exciting prospect. From a young age he was regarded as one of Sierra Leone’s best players, and he moved to Norway whilst still a teenager. He is developing well at Fredrikstad, and of course gaining excellent experience by playing for his nation, but in the future we believe he has a great chance to play at the highest level of the game. He still has to develop, though, and he has an important job to do for Fredrikstad this season. As the Scandinavian leagues are ongoing during the UK summer break, we have a good opportunity to watch some of his games and to start our work with Khalifa.”
