Gerald 'Ger' Pender is an Irish centre forward who joined Bray Wanderers in 2011, making his senior debut in a cup fixture in 2012 and starring for Bray's under 19 side. After leaving Bray in 2013 in search of more senior football, Ger played for Longford Town, Cabinteely and Drogheda United before Bray moved to re-sign their former player in December 2015 - in advance of the 2016 season.
The latter part of the 2016 season would see Ger break through - scoring 7 goals in the last 9 games of the Irish Premier division. 2017 promises to be a big year for the bustling striker, whose strength and natural finishing ability mark him out - leading the Full Contact Ireland team to secure his signature in February 2017 prior to the start of the new Irish season.
