Cohen Bramall

Left-back / Left-midfield

Cohen is an exciting left-sided player who joined Evo-Stik NPL club Hednesford Town FC in the summer of 2016.

A successful sprinter for Crewe and Nantwich AC during his youth, Bramall also played football for local amateur clubs such as Kidsgrove Athletic, Alsager Town, Nantwich Town and Market Drayton. Whilst at Newcastle Town, in particular, Cohen developed his reputation as a bright talent in local football. Then Hednesford manager Liam McDonald moved quickly to snap up Cohen ahead of the 2016-2017 campaign. Cohen would start the season in superb form - and not only did he score an early goal of the season contender against Belper, but he attracted a lot of social media coverage for a 'Rabona' assist in early September. As Cohen's form improved his confidence grew, and a raft of professional clubs started flocking to Hednesford to watch his raw talent.

On 10th January 2017, one of the more sensational transfers that Full Contact have handled took place - Cohen signed for Premier League giants Arsenal on a contract running until the summer of 2019. Over the coming months, Cohen regularly impressed for Arsenal's Under 23 side and scored his first goal for the Gunners on 10th April 2017 away to Reading U23.

During the 2017/2018 pre-season Cohen was promoted to Arsenal's senior squad on a regular basis and made a number of appearances for the Arsenal first team - including on their tour in Asia. Boosted by those promising performances, Cohen was sent out on loan to Championship club Birmingham City and on August 22nd 2017 he made his professional debut - starting for the Blues at home to Bournemouth in the League Cup.
