Fergus, a 23 year old creative midfielder, has formerly been at Sunderland, Hibernian and clubs in Europe – most recently at Italian side Monza. He is a graduate of Glenn Hoddle’s famed academy which led him to play successfully in Spain for Jerez.
Putting pen to paper on an one year contract, subject to international clearance, Fergus returns to English football for the first time in over three years.
Dan Chapman, senior partner of Full Contact. stated “Fergus is a player we have been working with for a few months now, with the common goal of bringing him back to UK football. He is an intelligent, creative player and it is great to have him back in our game. It is going to be interesting to see how he adapts to the challenges of English football. We are sure he will do well.”
