Kieran, 24, began his youth career at Arsenal before joining Everton at the age of 16. He made first team appearances for Everton, including in the Premier League against Chelsea, and had loan spells out at Peterborough and Kilmarnock. For the 2011/2012 season, Kieran signed with Yeovil Town and the following season he joined Rotherham United in League Two.
It was Kieran’s arrival at the Millers which really saw his career kickstart; a key player during the 2012/2013 promotion season Kieran scored pivotal goals whilst becoming a regular winger (having previously been regarded mostly as a striker). The 2013/14 season arrived in League One, and whilst many would not have fancied Rotherham United to maintain a promption challenge that is what indeed they have done – helped considerably along the way by Kieran’s superb goal tally of 21 league goals.
Lee Payne, head of Full Contact’s football agency team, said “We are very pleased that Kieran has chosen to join our stable. He is a player that we have watched a lot of, and been keen to work with for some time, and so for it to be finalised today is a great moment for all concerned. Kieran is a super player – his great skill allied to a tremendous work-rate and attitude. This season, in League One, he has scored a phenomenal number of goals mostly coming off the wing. Now that Rotherham have secured their play-off slot, who is to say that Kieran could not play a part in securing their second successive promotion.”
All at Full Contact wish Kieran and Rotherham United the very best in their forthcoming play-off challenge.
