Full Contact have today agreed to represent Tamworth’s goalkeeper Cameron Belford.
Cameron, 25, has a wealth of experience in the Football League and the Football Conference and has this season shone for the struggling Lambs – managed by Cameron’s father Dale – in their relegation battle.
Lee Payne, Full Contact’s Head of Football Agency, said “My Full Contact colleagues Dan Chapman and Jon Herrador have seen a lot more of Cameron over the years than I have, but when I went to see him play recently against Halifax I was extremely impressed. He has a great presence about him, kicks and handles well, and at age 25 with so much first team football under his belt, he has a lot to offer. He took the decision this season, to his credit, to play in the Conference Premier with Tamworth and from what we have seen, and heard, he has been consistently excellent throughout. He has a great character and attitude, and we look forward to working with him in the future.”
We wish Cameron and Tamworth well in the remainder of their season.
