Full Contact client Manny Dieseruvwe has joined, subject to the relevant regulatory approvals, Fleetwood Town FC on loan.
18 year old Manny, who earlier this summer turned pro at Sheffield Wednesday, has signed for one month. The move to League Two challengers Fleetwood Town FC is a big step up for Manny, who recently completed a similar loan spell at Conference outfit Hyde. Manny caught the eye of watching Fleetwood manager Graham Alexander earlier this week when he scored a brace in Sheffield Wednesday U21’s 2-1 away victory at Huddersfield. As Fleetwood Town have a busy November – a FA Cup and JPT Cup game sandwiched in between 5 league games – Alexander saw the capture of Manny as an ideal way to bolster his squad during this period.
Full Contact’s Head of Football Lee Payne commented “Manny has – since his return from Hyde – really impressed and scored goals in Sheffield Wednesday’s U21 side and for him to so quickly have the opportunity to gain some experience in the Football League is fantastic.”
We wish Manny and Fleetwood Town all the best during this loan period.
